Thank you for shopping at High Tide Creations 407! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the date you receive your order. If 7 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.

• The item must be in its original packaging.

• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

(Optional depending on her inventory: Custom-made, personalized items, or final sale items are exempt from being returned.)

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved Returns: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

• Rejected Returns: If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error, a refund will not be issued, and the item may be sent back to you at your expense.
