Thank you for shopping at High Tide Creations 407! We package and ship all orders with care to ensure your items arrive safely. Please review our shipping practices and processing times below.

1. Order Processing & Turnaround Times

Our processing time is the amount of time it takes us to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

  • Pre-Made Items: Orders containing only pre-made, ready-to-ship items are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

  • Custom Items: Because our custom items are made to order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and production before your item ships.

(Note: If your order includes both pre-made and custom items, the entire order will ship together once the custom items are complete. If you need the pre-made items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders.)

2. Shipping Rates & Carriers

We offer shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Shipping charges for your order are carrier-calculated. This means the exact cost of shipping will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items, the delivery destination, and the specific carrier and shipping speed you select.

3. Free Shipping Offer

We are thrilled to offer Free USPS Shipping on all orders over $50.

  • This subtotal must be reached before taxes and after any discounts are applied.

  • Free shipping applies exclusively to standard USPS routing. If you prefer to use UPS, FedEx, or an expedited shipping service, standard carrier rates will apply at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will update within 24 hours of the carrier scanning the package.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, High Tide Creations 407 is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier (such as weather delays or high-volume postal seasons). Once the package leaves our hands, it is under the care of the carrier.

  • Lost or Delayed: If your package is lost in transit, please contact the respective carrier directly to track it down or file a missing mail search.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged from transit, please reach out to us immediately for instructions on how to file a claim with the carrier. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to file the damage claim directly with the shipping carrier.
